POLI家族來自義大利東北部POLI家族，以出產義大利國民烈酒『頂級義式白蘭地Grappa』聞名。POLI至今已傳承至第四代，擁有超過百年的蒸餾經驗，同時也是目前少數、仍然堅持以手工方式製作，精心打造出最細緻、優雅且充滿特色的Grappa。

『Panettone』

        最初起源於15世紀末，來自義大利米蘭的聖誕節糕點 Panettone，是長久以來義大利人在聖誕節必備的道地糕點，而至今已成為歐洲家家戶戶聖誕節慶歡聚不可缺少的美味。

        POLI 堅持使用天然酵母，經過長時間的發酵程序，手工製作蓬鬆的麵包體，出爐時需立刻倒掛，得以創造出多個大大小小的麵包孔洞分布，呈現完美的鬆軟口感。

『賞味期限』

        Grappolone 使用特殊的耐糖菌種天然發酵麵團配方製成，開封後常溫下可保存至2026/4/30。由於 Grappolone 所使用的天然酵母會随著時間不斷進行發酵，隨著時間的變化，越放越香、越放越好吃。
